How long does Kuwait delivery take?
1-6 days. Kuwait shipping is free. Preparation and delivery updates are sent by WhatsApp when a valid number is provided.
Do you deliver outside Kuwait?
3-10 days. Outside-Kuwait shipping is based on country and weight: 3 KWD + 3 KWD per kg, capped at 33 KWD. Any customs, VAT, or import fees outside Kuwait are the customer's responsibility.
Which payment methods are available?
Cash on delivery is available in Kuwait only. Outside-Kuwait orders are paid through Tap only.
Which currency is used for orders?
KWD is the source of truth for prices, orders, shipping, discounts, and Tap charges. Local-currency values are estimates only.
Can products be returned?
Returns or exchanges can be requested within 14 days when the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Custom products are not returnable unless there is a store error.
